Grandmas Breakfast Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1 Orange; peeled and sectioned
  • 1/2 c Sugar
  • 3/4 c Raisins
  • 1/2 ts Cinnamon
  • 1/2 c Pitted prunes
  • 2 tb Cornstarch
  • 3 lg Cooking apples; peeled and
  • 3 c Plus 3 tablespoons water;

Instructions

  1. Taste of Home Low fat Country Cooking In a saucepan, combine apples, prunes, raisins, orange and 3 cups water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Combine cornstarch and remaining water; stir into saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cook 2 minutes. Chill 8 servings. 174 cal.
