Breakfast in a glass Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp Flax Seed ground
- 1 Tbsp Yogurt plain
- 2 Tbsp Walnuts
- 1/4 Cup Oats old fashioned
- 1 Cup mixed Fruit frozen
- 1/2 med banana frozen
- 4 ozs pomegranate juice
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a Ninja or other type blender and blend till smooth.
