Breakfast in a glass Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Flax Seed ground
  • 1 Tbsp Yogurt plain
  • 2 Tbsp Walnuts
  • 1/4 Cup Oats old fashioned
  • 1 Cup mixed Fruit frozen
  • 1/2 med banana frozen
  • 4 ozs pomegranate juice

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a Ninja or other type blender and blend till smooth.
