Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana mashed
  • 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • cinnamon to taste
  • 1 tsp flaxseed meal

Instructions

  1. Mash banana in bowl. Combine all the other ingredients in a shaker (or bowl) and shake or mix well. Add banana. You cook this like you do a regular pancake. Spray or butter your pan and cook till it bubbles then flip. Cook till both sides are golden brown.
