Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana mashed
- 1/4 cup liquid egg whites
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1 scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- cinnamon to taste
- 1 tsp flaxseed meal
Instructions
- Mash banana in bowl. Combine all the other ingredients in a shaker (or bowl) and shake or mix well. Add banana. You cook this like you do a regular pancake. Spray or butter your pan and cook till it bubbles then flip. Cook till both sides are golden brown.
