Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Sausage breakfast type
  • 4 slices Bread cubed
  • 8 Eggs
  • 2 cups Whole milk
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese grated/shredded
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Brown sausage and drain. Spread bread in bottom of greased 9 x 13 baking dish.Top with sausage and cheese. Combine eggs, milk, mustard and salt. Pour over sausage/bread mix. Refrigerate overnight for best results. Bake in a 350(F) degree oven for 30-40 minutes, checking at 30 minutes for doneness.
  2. You can add other favorites like bacon, peppers, etc. to taste
