Slow Cooker Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 6 slices english muffin bread, cubed
- 8 ounces moringster farms vegetarian sausage crumbles
- 1 1/2 cups Egg Beaters egg substitute
- 2 cups nonfat milk
- 1 cup low-fat cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Spray slow cooker with fat free cooking spray.
- Place bread in slow cooker.
- Add the sausage.
- In a large bowl mix the egg and milk pour over the bread and sausage mixture top with the cheddar cheese.
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours.
