Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 10 Oz bag hash browns
- 9-10 eggs
- 8 oz shredded cheese
- 1/2 pint half and half
- 1 lb sausage cook
Instructions
- Spray pan with Pam
- Spread the hash browns on the bottom
- break eggs into bowl and stir but a little over the hash browns
- and 1/2 of the cheese
- and 1/2 and 1/2
- break up sausage sprinkle on top
- sprinkle with rest of cheese
- refrigerate over night
- cook uncovered at 350 for 50-55 min.
