Breakfast Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 10 large potatoes unpeeled or peeled
  • 2 medium Onions
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
  • 2 dashes Texas Pete hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons butter/margarine
  • 3/4 cup Cheddar cheese shredded

Instructions

  1. Wash and dice potatoes.
  2. Dice onions into small pieces.
  3. Toss potatoes and onions in large bowl with all spices and hot sauce.
  4. Melt butter in skillet and add potato mixture.
  5. Cook thoroughly, until potatoes start to crisp a little.
  6. Then sprinkle cheese on top.
  7. Put lid on skillet until cheese melts.
  8. Good served with homemade cheese biscuits & scrambled eggs
