Breakfast Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 c Low-fat milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Banana; mashed
  • 1/3 c Oatmeal
  • 1 ts Vanilla

Instructions

Stir again and place in a small dish. Prehat oven 325 degrees. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Place dish in another oven-proof dish containing 1 inch of water. Bake 15-20 minutes or until firm.
