Breakfast Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 c Low-fat milk
- 1 Egg
- 1 Banana; mashed
- 1/3 c Oatmeal
- 1 ts Vanilla
Instructions

Stir again and place in a small dish. Prehat oven 325 degrees. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Place dish in another oven-proof dish containing 1 inch of water. Bake 15-20 minutes or until firm.
