Cheesy Egg Breakfast Cups
Ingredients
- 4 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Cheese Shredded
- Cooking Spray For cupcake tin
- Salt To taste
- Ground black pepper To taste
- Meat (Optional)
- Vegetables (Optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit. Grease a cupcake tin with cooking spray. Crack the eggs into the tin, putting each egg into a different vessel. (It’s okay if the yolks crack!) Put the meat (if having it) and/or vegetables (if having it) into the whites of the egg. Sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese on top of each egg. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste, and bake for 30 minutes, or until the top of the egg whites turn golden- ish. Cool 10 minutes and serve warm.
