Oatmeal Pancakes with Apples and Bananas
Ingredients
- 2 cups Milk
- 2 1/2 cups Oatmeal powderized in blender
- 1/4 cups Oil
- 2 Eggs
- 2/3 cup Flour
- 1 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
- 2 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
- 1 1/2 Apple, chopped
- 1 1/2 Banana
Instructions
- 0. Pre-heat griddle to 350?
- 1. Soak the milk and oatmeal together for 5 minutes.
- 2. In a blender add the chopped apple and banana. Blend until smooth. (Use some of the milk to help it blend easier.) If you don’t have an apple, use 1/3 c. applesauce.
- 3. Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
- 4. Fry on the griddle (5 min. 1st side, 2-3 min. 2nd side)
