Oatmeal Pancakes with Apples and Bananas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Milk
  • 2 1/2 cups Oatmeal powderized in blender
  • 1/4 cups Oil
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2/3 cup Flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 Apple, chopped
  • 1 1/2 Banana

Instructions

  1. 0. Pre-heat griddle to 350?
  2. 1. Soak the milk and oatmeal together for 5 minutes.
  3. 2. In a blender add the chopped apple and banana. Blend until smooth. (Use some of the milk to help it blend easier.) If you don’t have an apple, use 1/3 c. applesauce.
  4. 3. Combine all ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  5. 4. Fry on the griddle (5 min. 1st side, 2-3 min. 2nd side)
