Breakfast Bowl with Bacon, Egg and Cheese
Ingredients
- 1 cup Potatoes chopped and roasted
- 3 Eggs
- 2 strips Bacon cooked and diced
- 1 TBSP Butter
- 1/4 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Scramble the eggs with butter in a pan over low heat. Season to taste.
- 2. Combine potatoes, bacon, and eggs in a bowl. Top with cheese or additional toppings before serving.
- 3. To reheat, microwave 1 minute, stir, and then microwave another 45 seconds.
