Breakfast Bowl with Bacon, Egg and Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Potatoes chopped and roasted
  • 3 Eggs
  • 2 strips Bacon cooked and diced
  • 1 TBSP Butter
  • 1/4 cup Sharp Cheddar cheese shredded
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1. Scramble the eggs with butter in a pan over low heat. Season to taste.
  2. 2. Combine potatoes, bacon, and eggs in a bowl. Top with cheese or additional toppings before serving.
  3. 3. To reheat, microwave 1 minute, stir, and then microwave another 45 seconds.
