Egg Stuff on Toast

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons butter (1 cube)
  • 1/2 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 cups milk
  • 6 eggs, boiled (up to 8)

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs and mash them up for later use.
  2. Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
  3. Add flour, salt, and milk.
  4. Stir over medium low heat until sauce gets thick.
  5. Add mashed eggs.
  6. Pour over toast.
  7. Add salt and pepper as desired.
