Egg Stuff on Toast
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter (1 cube)
- 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 4 cups milk
- 6 eggs, boiled (up to 8)
Instructions
- Boil the eggs and mash them up for later use.
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan.
- Add flour, salt, and milk.
- Stir over medium low heat until sauce gets thick.
- Add mashed eggs.
- Pour over toast.
- Add salt and pepper as desired.
