Overnight Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 16 slices Bread crusts removed and cubed
  • 1 cup Diced ham
  • 1 cup Swiss shredded
  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese shredded
  • 6 Eggs
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Place bread cubes in bottom of a greased 9x13-inch pan. Layer ham and cheese. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over casserole. Refrigerate overnight. In the morning, bake in a 300? oven for 25 minutes and then at 350? for 35 minutes.
