Berry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup greek yogurt low-fat
  • 1/4 cup Lowfat Milk
  • 1/2 cup Blueberries and or strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries and or blueberries

Instructions

  1. Place the Greek yogurt, milk, and berries in a blender and blend until the berries are liquefied. Add the ice cubes and blend on high until thick and smooth. Serve immediately.
