Crock Pot Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 (32 oz.) bag Hash Browns Frozen
  • 1 pound Cooked and Diced Meat Bacon, Ham or Sausage
  • 1 Onion Diced
  • 1 Bell pepper Diced
  • 2 cups Cheese (your choice) Shredded
  • 1 dozen Eggs
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions

  1. 1. Place a layer of frozen potatoes on the bottom of the crock pot, followed by a layer of meat, then onions, peppers, and cheese.
  2. 2. Repeat the layering process two or three more times, ending with a layer on cheese on top.
  3. 3. Beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper together, pour over the crock pot mixture.
  4. 4. Cook on LOW for 10 hours.
