Breakfast muffins
Ingredients
- 2 cups complete pancake mix
- 1 cup water
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 3 kraft singles quartered
- Crumbled bacon
- 6 eggs beaten
Instructions
- 1. Heat oven to 350
- 2. Whisk pancake mix, 1/2 cup syrup, and water until blended (Battery should still be lumpy)
- 3. Spoon into muffin pan cups sprayed with no stick.
- 4. Top with cheese, bacon, then eggs
- 5. Bake 20 mins
