Yogurt Waffles Or Pancakes
Ingredients
- 3 Eggs
- 2 cups Yogurt low fat
- 0.25 cup Canola Oil
- 2 cups Gluten-free flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking soda
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.3333 cup Splenda (optional)
Instructions
- Heat waffle iron or griddle.
- Combine wet ingredients (egg, yogurt, oil) and set aside.
- Combine dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, splenda, salt) in large bowl.
- Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients
