Breakfast Casserole
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork Sausage (Breakfast Sausage)
- 1 Loaf White Bread
- 8 Eggs Beaten
- 4 Cups Milk
- 1 ⁄2 lb cheddar cheese Grated
- 1.5 tsp Dry Mustard
- 2 tsb Salt
Instructions
- Grease 9x13 Pan
- Layer 1/2 bread cubes, 1/2 cheese, 1/2 Sausage, Repeat Layers.
- Combine Eggs, Milk, Salt & Mustard Mixture over layers.
- Cover with foil
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 45 min
- remove foil and bake 15 more.
