Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat english muffin toasted
- 2 tbs shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 12 cup liquid egg whites cooked in microwave/pan
Instructions
- Toast english muffin
- While toasting, pour egg whites in microwave egg cooker with salt and pepper
- Microwave 60 seconds, stir, and microwave 30-60 seconds more
- Put shredded cheese on toasted muffin
- Assemble sandwich with egg
