Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat english muffin toasted
  • 2 tbs shredded mild cheddar cheese
  • 12 cup liquid egg whites cooked in microwave/pan

Instructions

  1. Toast english muffin
  2. While toasting, pour egg whites in microwave egg cooker with salt and pepper
  3. Microwave 60 seconds, stir, and microwave 30-60 seconds more
  4. Put shredded cheese on toasted muffin
  5. Assemble sandwich with egg
