Crockpot Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

  • 32 ounces Frozen Potatoes
  • 1 pound Bacon cooked and diced
  • 2 Pounds Sausage cooked
  • 8 ounces Cheddar cheese
  • 12 Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Milk
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1) Put a liner in your slow cooker.
  2. 2) Put a layer of frozen potatos in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  3. 3) Then layer bacon, sausage, cheese. Repeat layers til ingrediatns are gone.
  4. 4) Beat the eggs, milk and salt and pepper together and pour on top.
  5. 5) Cover and cook on LOW for 7-8 hours.
  6. 6) Serve with warm tortillas
