Healthy Breakfast Sandwich
Ingredients
- 2 whole wheat deli thins
- 1/2 green pepper chopped
- 1/2 avacado mashed with salt, pepper, and garlic
- 4 eggs
- 4 slices cheese any kind
Instructions
- Lightly toast deli thins
- Begin frying chopped green pepper
- Add eggs over top of cooking pepper
- Fry eggs, breaking yolks so they cook through
- Assemble sandwich
