Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberries
  • 1/4 lemon w/rind optional
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon hemp seeds
  • 2 Walnuts
  • 1/4 Avocado
  • 1/2 tablespoon extra-virgin coconut butter
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup Water

Instructions

  1. Add more water if necessary!
