Power Breakfast
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon dried coconut optional
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1/2 frozen banana optional
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tablespoons Warrior Food protein powder or similar whey protein
Instructions
- Mix all of the above ingredients in blender.
